Fixing the Flaws That Hold You Back

You can go faster without adding a single training session. The gains aren't in more volume; they're in your flaws: those small energy leaks that, repeated thousands of times during a race, cost you minutes. Technique remains the most cost-effective and neglected lever in triathlon, and often, all it takes is cleaning up your movements. In this module, you'll learn to identify what's slowing you down in all three disciplines, correct it at the right time, and use your data to target precisely.

    What you'll learn

    • You identify and correct common flaws that slow you down in swimming: sinking legs, crossing the midline, late breathing, too short a catch.
    • You optimize your bike position for better aerodynamics and comfort, based on a triathlon bike fit.
    • You eliminate energy loss in your stride at sustained pace, by playing on the three levers of speed.
    • You use your data (cadence, pace, power) to target a specific flaw, relying on your already calibrated zones.
    • You choose the right moment and method to permanently change a movement pattern.
