Coach Kona Academy is the open school of triathlon. Four levels to progress from zero to full autonomy: Discovery, Finisher, Performer, Expert. Seven skill families: race strategy, technique for the three disciplines, transitions and gear, training and recovery, strength, nutrition, mental.
In total: 58 modules, 811 questions, short micro-lessons and concrete real-life scenarios. You validate a module with 80% correct answers, with no penalty for mistakes. You can replay freely.
No streak, no hearts, no leaderboard, no guilt-tripping notification. Serious training, free, no required account, designed by a triathlon coach.
